Q: What is your best business advice for a new FRA member?
Marc: “Get involved, participate in the redevelopment academy, and attend the annual conference!”
Q: If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Marc: “Multiplicity. I wish I could revitalize more cities and towns throughout Florida for everyone to enjoy.”
Q: We are going out for dinner/entertainment in your CRA District. Where are we going and why?
Marc: “City Cellar, Rocco’s Tacos, Elisabetta’s, Lynora’s, RH Rooftop -.there are so many wonderful restaurants in downtown West Palm Beach. It is a walkable city that allows for a variety of great restaurants.”
Q: What do you hope to be remembered for?
Marc: “Streetscape construction and successful redevelopment throughout South and Central Florida. Burkhardt Construction specializes in streetscapes and roadway improvements, building renovations, new building construction, water and sewer improvements, parking lots and garages, neighborhood parks, sidewalk improvements, street lighting, and landscaping improvements.”
Q: What is the most exciting part of being in redevelopment?
Marc: “We get to participate in the beautification of cities and towns throughout Florida. Specializing in the construction of downtown revitalization projects, once completed, allows us to watch these cities grow and prosper.”
