2021 FRA Award

The Florida Redevelopment Association Awards program recognizes the best in redevelopment in Florida and is open to any member of the association.

Within 13 juried categories, the Roy F. Kenzie Awards celebrate the most innovative and effective redevelopment programs in Florida. Winners demonstrate innovation and positive impact on their communities and inspire other Florida communities. The 13 categories are: President’s Award; Annual Report; Capital Project and Infrastructure; Creative Organizational Development and Funding; Cultural Enhancement; Fiscal Impact Study; Management Programs and Creative Partnerships; Out of the Box; Outstanding Housing Project; Outstanding New Building Project; Outstanding Rehabilitation, Renovation or Reuse Project; Planning Studies; Transportation and Transit Enhancements.

The application deadline has passed. 

Winners will be notified prior to the date of the awards event at the FRA Annual Conference. See 2021 FRA Annual Conference for further information.
