Boynton Beach‘s redevelopment agency will discuss 500 Ocean, a development city officials say is critical to sparking growth downtown.
Tuesday, the agency will discuss the next step in bringing the estimated $4.5 million development to the southwest corner of Federal Highway and Ocean Avenue. The item was delayed in December while the developer sought money to finance the project.
If completed, 500 Ocean is expected to put 341 luxury rentals, 13,300 square feet of retail and 6,600 square feet of office space in the center of the city’s struggling epicenter.
