With plans to redevelop the “downtown” area of Temple Terrace paused, city officials are discussing refocusing their efforts on the new Pedestrian Master Plan, the final version of which was presented at the Community Redevelopment Agency board meeting on Feb. 20.
The CRA board, which is comprised of the Temple Terrace City Council, approved the 41-page plan and unanimously agreed to move it on to the council.
But before it does that, city business relations manager Greg Pauley, City Manager Carlos Baia, and Mayor Andy Ross intend to meet to prioritize what parts of the plan to tackle first.
