The City of New Port Richey, FL invites interested qualified parties to submit qualifications and proposals in response to RFP15-004 Hacienda Hotel Rehabilitation. This solicitation is to provide professional services for repair and rehabilitation of the Historic Hacienda Hotel located at 5621 Main Street, New Port Richey FL 34652. This project is funded through a 2015 Special Category Grant (CSFA 45.032) by the Department of State, Division of Historical Resources and the State of Florida.
As such, all work is to be completed in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines, and the Division of Historical Resources requirements.
The submission deadline is Monday, December 1, 2014 at 3 pm, EDT.
