The City of New Port Richey invites interested qualified parties to submit sealed quotations and proposals in response to RFQP 15-003 Hacienda Hotel Condition Assessment. This solicitation is to provide professional services to complete a Hacienda Hotel Condition Assessment and Florida Master Site File Update. The subject property is located at 5621 Main Street, New Port Richey FL 34652. This project is funded by the City of New Port Richey and the Florida Division of Historic Resources, Historic Preservation Bureau through a Historic Preservation Small Matching Grant. The Hacienda Hotel Condition Assessment and Master Site File Update must be prepared by an appropriately licensed and qualified architect, or a structural engineer working under the direct guidance of such architect.
