The legislation which passed in the 2019 session, CS/HB 9, is now law effective October 1, 2019. Although there are several provisions that tighten up reporting, auditing and training provisions in Chapter 163, Part III, there is also a part of the bill that deals with new rules for website postings.
Due to the fact that most governmental websites are being updated now to meet federal ADA rules, CRA pages are most likely coming down, and not going back up. This because it is easier to re-create than re-load these re-development pages. However, the statutory rules for what and how CRAs must maintain a digital presence are not going anywhere. Don’t let this technical side of running a CRA elude you. This short webinar will review what is required and where. This might be a great time to think about re-designing your CRA pages.
Join us for an informative webinar on CRA Website Requirements on Tuesday, June 18th at 10:00 a.m. EDT. These new provisions will take effect on October 1, 2019.
