It is surrounded by a mix of waterfront, residential and downtown commercial uses.
This notice serves as an addendum to the original solicitation and reflects an extension of the submission deadline by an additional thirty (30) days after the original deadline of May 20, 2025 to allow further opportunity of interested parties to submit alternative proposals in accordance with Florida law.
