In Titusville, the CRA will consider approving a proposal for staff to research updated safety cameras for the Welcome Center. The current system, installed in 2016, no longer meets security needs. If approved, staff will explore options for more effective, accessible technology that integrates with the police department’s systems.
The agency will also discuss whether to replace or remove the Welcome Center’s electric vehicle charging stations, which became non-operational due to obsolete components. Proposals include potentially introducing a metered fee system, aligning with the city’s sustainability objectives.
