Responsible for assisting in all phases of planning operations and grant administration. The employee is under the general supervision of the Development Services Manager. Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Economic Development, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university; and two (2) years’ experience in a related field or position. Possession of a valid, State of Florida driver’s license.
Special Qualifications:
- Possession of AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) certification preferred.
- Possession of a Floodplain Manager Certification preferred
