DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA – The Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has been moving forward with the Corey Isle housing project despite the coronavirus closures. The project will consist of ten single-family workforce housing units in the Southwest neighborhood at the corner of SW 7th Avenue and SW 4th Street.
The housing project was designed as a way to provide affordable housing for families in Delray who are looking for a permanent home to call their own. The homes will be either three or four bedrooms with two bathrooms and rear-loaded garages and will be between 1,800 to 2,300 square feet.
CRA executive director, Renée Jadusingh, shared, “The Corey Isle housing project marks an exciting time for the CRA and its mission, as it provides affordable housing for families in Delray Beach.”
