Evolving attitudes related to climate change paired with the reality of devastating natural disasters are key market drivers in the ever growing and evolving global resiliency market. An indicator of this growth can be gained by reviewing the current market drivers influencing the eastern United States, including:
- Frequent and devastating severe storms including hurricanes Harvey, Maria, Irma, and Michael in 2017 and 2018. Damages associated with these storms are estimated to exceed $200 billion.
