Bimini Basin,133.6 acres in Cape Coral near Cape Coral Parkway and Palm Tree Boulevard, is one of the city’s top priorities for future growth. Envisioned as a mixed-use district with shops, restaurants, entertainment and housing all in a walkable area, the district has several steps to go through before it can be developed.
