BOYNTON BEACH —
It wasn’t a new development with the potential for additional traffic. It wasn’t an unwanted business. It was removing the appointed members of the public from the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency board that brought more than 15 residents to the microphone at the city commission meeting Tuesday night.
Before the required final vote to change the CRA board makeup, the residents spoke of the importance of having community involvement in the CRA board and their disappointment in the majority of the commissioners’ vote in September to do away with it in removing Woodrow Hay and James “Buck” Buchanan.
