PANAMA CITY — If city commissioners decide Tuesday to select three developers to work together on a makeover of the Panama City Marina, it could be because the proposals are similar.
At the Nov. 4 City Commission meeting, Mayor Greg Brudnicki wanted to combine the top three marina proposals — which for all indications are Bluewater, HomeFed and Great South — and have each of them work on the project.
“I’m of the opinion that we saw three groups — HomeFed, Great South and Bluewater — each brought something different to the table,” Brudnicki said. “I’m not sure I wouldn’t want all three to participate.”
