BOYNTON BEACH —
The Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency board decided Tuesday to wait until it receives more information before deciding whether to hire a consultant for $19,000 to learn how the public perceives of the downtown area.
CRA executive director Vivian Brooks said the state of that perception is a key fact that the CRA is missing.
