Delray’s Community Redevelopment Agency board to select winning West Atlantic Avenue proposal
West Atlantic Avenue will finally receive the makeover it has been waiting for.
On Thursday, Delray’s Community Redevelopment Agency board is slated to select a tenant to fill six empty acres of land between Southwest Sixth and Ninth avenues.
The contestants competing to occupy Delray’s main entrance from I-95 are Prime Investors and Developers and plans for a business hub ‘The Epic;’ Jones New Urban Delray and its space ‘Atlantic Village,’ with a grocery store, bank and room for restaurants and shops; and Equity Enterprises USA, with modern-designed town homes, offices and a park.
