Mount Dora CRA – Downtown Streetscape Project Phase I

The Streetscape project will include improvements to sidewalks, right of way, underground utility, and other related improvements in the historic downtown commercial core. The goal is to improve walkability of the downtown area by increasing pedestrian access and safety, while strengthening the physical and visual connection between the downtown core and the Lake Dora waterfront.
Project Location – Phase 1
- Childs Park (corner of Alexander Street)
- 4th Avenue from Alexander Street to Lake Dora
Alexander Street from 4th Avenue to 3rd Avenue- 5th Avenue from Alexander Street to McDonald Street
