TITUSVILLE —
People in Titusville filled a mall parking lot to support an economic “renaissance” — in a community hit hard by the recession and shuttle program layoffs.
“I have yet to run into a citizen who is not supportive of what’s going on here,” said developer Allen Goins, who is looking to revamp the Miracle City Mall, now shut down.
Goins says he is ready to do his part to revive the city of Titusville. So far he says the idea of building a new open air mall where Miracle City Mall stands is going over well.
