The Florida Redevelopment Association (“FRA”) is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website. FRA is actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of the website and in doing so adheres to many of the available standards and guidelines.
FRA does not discriminate in its programs and services on the basis of disability and complies with applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
In order to further our commitment to nondiscrimination, we are currently working to update the website in order to ensure the site conforms to World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Such guidelines detail best practices for ensuring assistive technology users can access the site. The guidelines also make the site more user-friendly for all people.
Due to FRA’s integration with external vendors and entities, areas within the site remain beyond FRA’s control. Until the integration with these external vendors and entities is resolved, FRA can only achieve a partial level of conformance according to WCAG.
Should anyone find information or functionality which is inaccessible, please complete our Accessibility Feedback Form. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate.
