Reporting Requirements

Community Redevelopment Agencies (CRAs) in Florida must comply with state law by preparing and publishing reports that document their activities such as financials and redevelopment progress. In addition to these annual reporting requirements, CRAs are also responsible for meeting specific website posting obligations to ensure that the public has easy access to redevelopment information. CRAs must further undergo independent auditing requirements.
