Community leaders checked out the fully renovated former Wachovia bank building Friday on North Ridgewood Drive in Sebring and were impressed on its transformation into a modern office center.
The three-story building, constructed in 1973, has been vacant since July 2010. Now the structure has various sized office spaces available for rent through HQ.com, which handles office and workplace locations worldwide.
Construction manager/contractor Drew Locher said the interior renovation took a little over five months and everything is looking good.
The Blackmon family acquired the building at 228 N. Ridgewood Drive in January 2024 from the Sebring Community Redevelopment Agency.
