According to the Orlando Business Journal, Atlantic Housing Partners is framing the project as about a $60 million investment that would bring a large public parking garage, hundreds of parking spaces, affordable housing, and street-level retail to the site. The outlet reports the proposal covers land the city already owns and that talks are ongoing ahead of any eventual council vote.
