Invitation to Bid (ITB) The City of Lynn Haven, FL, Florida Ave. & Ohio Ave. Corridors Streetscape Improvements Project ITB #26.26-15, Lynn Haven, FL 32444
- Scope of Work – The Work of this contract generally includes improvements, modifications, and additions to: streetscape, lighting, landscape and irrigation, hardscape, roadway improvements, signage, and minor utilities and site furnishings and construction as indicated on drawings and as specified: between 7th Street and 10th Street along Florida Avenue; and between 7th Street and 12th Street along Ohio Avenue; and 7th Street through 10th Street connectors between Florida Avenue and Ohio Avenue. Work is generally limited to within the Right-Of-Way of the designated areas. This Project is partially federally funded by the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Hometown Revitalization Program and the federal contract provisions, including, but not limited to, the Davis-Bacon Payroll Reporting are required. Bonds and insurance requirements apply. The Work of the Project is defined by the Bid Scope Documents.

- A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held June 17, 2026, at 1:30 pm (CT) at the City of Lynn Haven, City Hall Conference Room.
- The last day for questions will be June 19, 2026, at 3:00 pm (CT), and the last Addendum will be issued June 23, 2026.
- Sealed Bids – may be mailed or delivered to the following location and must be received by 2:00 pm (CT) on JUNE 30, 2026. Oral, telegraphic, or electronic proposals will not be considered. Bids will be opened in the City Hall Conference Room:
