Riviera Beach’s Community Redevelopment Agency has approved plans by Related Urban for a large mixed-use development project called The Gallery at Marina Village. The proposed 418-unit project would be located along the Broadway corridor and aims to help address the city’s workforce housing crisis impacting ‘missing-middle’ families.
As one of the fastest-growing cities in Palm Beach County, Riviera Beach has struggled with a shortage of affordable housing options, especially for middle-income residents. This new development project is part of the city’s broader efforts to spur economic growth and provide more diverse housing choices along the Broadway corridor.
The Gallery at Marina Village would feature a mix of residential units, retail space, and public amenities. The 418 units would include a range of apartment sizes and price points to cater to a variety of income levels. The development is also planned to include ground-floor commercial space and public green spaces.
The Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency approved the project plans in April 2026.
