Mill Creek Residential broke ground on Modera Downtown Boca. The development is slated to bring over 300 homes to the heart of downtown Boca Raton.
Group P6 and Mill Creek will co-develop the project which offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes as well as select den layouts, penthouses and townhomes. All units will feature nine-foot ceilings, oversized windows, keyless entry and private patios or balconies.
Modera’s residents will have access to a bevy of community offerings like a pool, sauna and steam room, dog run, pet spa and Pilates studio.
“We’re eager to get started on Modera Downtown Boca, which we believe will serve as a genuinely unique option for an upscale living experience,” said Mill Creek’s John Grimaldi in a press release. “As one of the few new builds in the surrounding area, the community will offer the top-of-the-line finishes and a suite of amenities not often available in the area. We look forward to joining the neighborhood and becoming a top choice for renters.”
The city’s Community Redevelopment Agency voted in favor of community plan approval for the project earlier this summer.
Developers expect moves-ins to begin in spring 2028.
