The Udonis Haslem Foundation and the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency teamed up to inaugurate Wynwood Works, an affordable housing and mixed-use development in Miami’s Wynwood District.
Located at 2035 North Miami Ave., Wynwood Works stands as a 12-story building featuring 120 units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The residences cater to individuals and families earning between 30% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with specific allocations for those transitioning from homelessness and local artists. The development’s strategic position in Wynwood’s southeast quadrant is meant to offer residents proximity to employment hubs, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail outlets and entertainment venues.
Of the 120 units, 10% will be reserved for those making up to 30% AMI, another 10% for tenants making up to 50% AMI, 60% will go toward individuals making up to 60% AMI, and the final 20% will be reserved for those making up to 80% AMI.
