Property Owners Get Bayshore Agency’s Help in Fixing Up Facades
NAPLES — Four gallons of paint, a two-pack of rollers and a sanding sponge.
Add a pressure washer to the mix, and you have the list of supplies Sean Waight needs for the next phase of an ongoing home improvement project.
This round of improvements, though, isn’t costing Waight much more than the time it takes to do the work.
Collier County commissioners last month approved a request for a $965 sweat equity grant to improve the exterior of Waight’s Bayshore/Gateway Triangle home. The grant is one of several offered to residential property owners in the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle redevelopment district.
