Florida Community Loan Fund has finalized closing on its latest New Markets Tax Credit Project: $17 million in FCLF NMTC allocation will make it possible for Community Health Centers of Pinellas to build 2 new and renovate 2 existing health clinics.
The 4 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in this transaction will include 64,500 square feet of new construction or renovation and will reach an additional 17,050 patients annually with an array of services including family and pediatric medicine, OB/GYN, dental, pharmacy, mental health and substance abuse, chiropractic, nutrition, podiatry, case management, and healthcare enrollment assistance. The focus of Community Health Centers of Pinellas is on affordable, primary healthcare regardless of income or insurance status.
