The City of Zephyrhills is requesting proposals from interested firms, licensed in the State of Florida, to provide architectural/engineering services in connection with the design and construction of a new city hall building. The new City Hall shall consist of approximately 16,000 square feet located adjacent to the existing facility at 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542. This project should comply with adopted Form Based Code and provide alternatives including public/private partnerships where the development project could include a City Hall and additional private/semi-private partners which could offset overall costs.
