Hallandale Beach is ordering its next 53 affordable apartments off a production line.
The Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (HBCRA) and Vessel Technologies announced a partnership to build two affordable housing developments totaling 53 homes on agency-owned land. One is a 23-unit building at 128-132 SE 2nd Terrace. The other is a 30-unit building at 414 SE 3rd Ave. The HBCRA Board of Directors signed off, authorizing up to $11.2 million in payments to the New York-based company.
It is Vessel’s first deal with a community redevelopment agency and its first South Florida project.
