The Sebring Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board approved a disposition agreement with Marmer Construction for the former Bank of America building at 231 S. Ridgewood Drive.
Marmer plans to move its office into the second floor of the building with the Hall of Fame Race Museum occupying the first floor.
At a recent CRA Board meeting, Chair Rachel Lovett said the concept has been previously approved and they are just finalizing the details. The selection committee is recommending approval.
