Hope Partnership celebrated the opening of Thrive Studios, transforming a former motel on West Vine Street into supportive, permanent housing for residents experiencing homelessness. The development pairs affordable studio apartments with services like case management, job support, and financial education to help residents achieve long-term stability.

The project arrives as housing costs continue to strain local families, offering both immediate relief and a pathway forward.

The ribbon cutting also featured a new public mural created through Osceola Arts in partnership with the City of Kissimmee Community Redevelopment Agency. The artwork highlights themes of resilience and renewal, reflecting the broader goal of revitalizing the area while investing in community identity and opportunity.
