Sebring is taking an exciting step forward with the upcoming groundbreaking of Sadie’s Place, a new mixed-use destination set to bring fresh energy to North Ridgewood Drive. The project will transform the former Nan-ces-o-wee Hotel site into a vibrant gathering space featuring a restaurant, retail shops, a food truck, and unique concepts like an Airstream-based business, all designed to create a welcoming, community-focused environment.

The Sebring Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has played a pivotal role in making this project possible, selecting the development team and investing in the future of this key corridor. By activating this underutilized property and connecting it to Sadie Kahn Memorial Park, the CRA continues to drive thoughtful redevelopment that supports local businesses, encourages walkability, and enhances quality of life for residents.

Sadie’s Place reflects the positive momentum happening across Sebring, bringing new opportunities for entrepreneurs, new experiences for visitors, and a renewed sense of place for the community. The March 31 groundbreaking marks the beginning of another impactful project that highlights the power of strategic investment and community vision.
