The Town of Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking an experienced and strategic Community Redevelopment Administrator to lead redevelopment initiatives and oversee daily CRA operations. This leadership role is responsible for advancing redevelopment projects, managing CRA programs and staff, and implementing initiatives that strengthen the physical, economic, and social vitality of the CRA districts.
The Administrator works closely with the CRA Executive Director and the CRA Board to guide redevelopment strategy, oversee fiscal management, coordinate capital projects, and ensure compliance with Floridaโs Community Redevelopment Act and all applicable regulations.
JOB SUMMARY / OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
The Community Redevelopment Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of the Lake Park CRA and supervises CRA staff and activities. Responsibilities include fiscal oversight, administration of redevelopment programs and capital projects, economic development initiatives, property acquisition and disposition, and implementation of the CRA Redevelopment Plan.
This position participates in executive-level discussions related to redevelopment, community planning, and economic development. The Administrator also serves as an advocate and problem-solver for redevelopment initiatives within the CRA area, helping to facilitate successful project completion and coordinating with businesses, stakeholders, and community partners.
