A Sebring Circle Park Drive property was granted an extension to utilize a $10,000 grant for the renovation of a former pottery shop.
At a recent CRA Board meeting Audrey Ausciutto asked for a three-month extension of a Downtown Revitalization Grant saying it shouldn’t take that long as they are coming toward the tale end of it, but seeks a little bit of a buffer time in case there is anything else that is unexpected.
CRA Board Chair David Leidel suggested making the extension expire on the April board meeting date, which is April 13.
Ausciutto agreed to the expiration date and the board unanimously approved the extension.
The CRA agenda noted that Ausciutto was awarded a Downtown Revitalization Grant on Jan. 13, 2025 in the amount of $10,000 and per the grant guidelines, was required to complete the project by Jan. 13, 2026.
