This position requires a candidate with thorough experience and knowledge in the compliance and monitoring of affordable housing developments, projects and activities funded by various programs which may include tax credits, GAP financing, federal, state and local government (e.g. HFA, CDBG HOME, and SHIP). Strong candidates will have experience with income certification, rent and utility allowance, property standards, and physical inspections.

General Description
Professional, consultative, and promotional work assisting in the implementation of various community development programs.
Works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, finance, public administration, planning, sociology, or closely related field.
(One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.)Requires one (1) year of experience in mortgage loan origination, loan processing, apartment leasing, housing program compliance monitoring or enforcement, community development or closely related experience.
