A new Paris Baguette café planned for the Cornerstone development in downtown Coral Springs will receive a $100,000 grant from the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency to support property improvements.
CRA board members approved the funding this week through the agency’s Commercial Property Enhancement Grant Program.
The café, located at 3326 University Drive, is expected to open in early 2026 and create 25–30 local jobs once completed, according to documents.
The owner is expected to pay $862,000 to build out the raw commercial space into a high-end bakery with new infrastructure including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, commercial kitchen equipment, and custom millwork.
The CRA also approved a $22,825 grant for Sakara Beauty & Med Spa at 9619 W. Sample Road.
