Commissioner Marleine Bastien will host a press conference to discuss a resolution sponsored by the Commissioner providing an amendment to the original Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Miami-Dade County, the City of North Miami, and the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (NMCRA). The new agreement removes a $1 million dollar cap and provides the NMCRA with an additional $4 million to invest in projects that bring economic development to the area. The resolution was passed unanimously on Oct. 3rd by the Board of County Commissioners.
