FHLBank Atlanta is actively monitoring reports and briefings regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). In consideration of operational challenges and agency shutdowns AHP applicants are facing related to the COVID-19 pandemic, FHLBank Atlanta has decided to extend the 2020 AHP application deadline until June 1, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. With this extended application deadline, we anticipate that application approvals will be on or around October 29, 2020.
We encourage you to apply for up to $500,000 per project to help finance the development of rental or owner-occupied housing that is affordable to families earning up to 80 percent of area median income.
