The Tallahassee Community Redevelopment Agency has put out a call for projects that advance local arts, culture and heritage.
Not-for-profit organizations and public entities can submit applications now through May 24 for up to $3 million in tourist development tax dollar revenue.
All proposals must meet the guidelines set in Florida Statutes 125 for use of the tourist bed tax money. They must further local economic development and help market local culture and arts, educate the public about the arts, culture and heritage, and generate its own operating revenue.
