The City of Tallahassee Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is kicking off its Fiscal Year 2017 Promotional Special Event Grant Program Cycle. The CRA has $85,000 available to help fund promotional and/or special events within the Greater Frenchtown/Southside Community Redevelopment Area ($50,000) and the Downtown District Community Redevelopment Area ($35,000). The grant funds will be available to qualified not-for-profit organizations that will host promotional/special events during Fiscal Year 2017, which starts on October 1, 2016, and ends on September 30, 2017, within either of the two redevelopment areas.
