The Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency has hired CBRE, a full-service commercial real estate agency, to find tenants for three waterfront restaurant sites as part of a $375 million redevelopment plan at the city’s marina.
The three sites are in an area of the marina property known as “Restaurant Row.” CBRE is looking to identify operators who can provide a unique waterfront experience for residents and visitors, officials said.
“There are few locations available like this anywhere in Florida,” said Tony Brown, Executive Director of the Riviera Beach CRA. “We’re looking for restaurant operators who can deliver an experience that is authentic to our spectacular waterfront location, and one fully vested in becoming a vital part of the multi-million dollar transformation underway at the Riviera Beach Marina.”
