The Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency board will meet tonight at 6:30 p.m.
One of the main topics the board will discuss is 500 Ocean, the commercial/residential project to be built at Ocean Avenue and Federal Highway.
The City Commission, which makes up five of the seven CRA board seats, approved the project in July.
The developer asked the CRA for an incentive and tonight, the board will discuss it. CRA Executive Director Vivian Brooks said the best option the two sides came up with is $4.3 million over 10 years in a direct incentive funding agreement. The money would come from tax revenue.
