CityPlace, the West Palm Beach dining and entertainment center, continues to get tough with restaurant and bar tenants it says aren’t paying the rent.
The latest target: Blue Martini Lounge, the sleek, popular bar.
On July 11, CityPlace filed a lawsuit in Palm Beach County Court seeking to evict the longtime tenant from its second-floor space. The center alleges that Blue Martini owes a whopping $167,202 in rent, plus accruals.
