CORAL SPRINGS—Build a new City Hall — and make it an attraction for a new downtown.
Instead of burying canals, turn them into destination places, like the famous San Antonio River Walk where tourists can raft with paddle boats alongside quaint outdoor cafes.
And that downtown also needs multi-story housing to make college graduates want to move back home to Coral Springs.
