SUMMARY: This is a highly technical and responsible position. It involves assisting the public and providing support duties related to processing of applications and permits and BTR’s through compliance of local policy codes, regulations, ordinances, and statutes as they pertain to residential and commercial property development. through the review of permit applications and plans and issuance of permits. Ability to obtain an ICC Permit Technician Certification within one year of hire.
