This webinar is hosted and produced by the Florida Redevelopment Association for anyone involved in the administration or reporting for a CRA in Florida. We will feature state and local experts who will cover the general requirements that Community Redevelopment Agency administrators, with city and county staff, need to do by September 30 of each year. We will address budget adoption, online postings and end of year reports and accounting. We will give you examples of best practices for each.

“Tax Incentives for Restoration of Historic Structures”
Webinar Date: August 11, 2016 2 – 3:30 PM
This webinar is hosted and produced by the Florida Redevelopment Association for anyone who is interested in federal historic preservation tax incentives encourage private sector investment in the rehabilitation and re-use of historic buildings, making it one of the federal government’s most successful and cost-effective community revitalization programs. In general, the program reduces federal taxes owed, dollar for dollar, up to 20% of the restoration cost.

This webinar is hosted and produced by the Florida Redevelopment Association for anyone who is interested in redevelopment issues before the 2017 legislative session between now and sine die. The FRA and its members are active participants in the legislative process as we monitor, lobby and provide impact information for legislation filed. We will review what did not pass last year that is coming back, and what to look out for in trends and legislative studies.
